Managing Your Stores

Adding a New Store

• Navigate to Dashboard → My Stores
• Click "Add New Store" button
• Fill in your store details:

- Store Name: Your store's display name

- Store URL: Full URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com)

- Platform: Select your eCommerce platform

- Industry: Your store's primary industry (optional)

- Monthly Revenue: Approximate revenue for optimization recommendations

• Save and choose a subscription plan

Understanding Health Scores

Score Ranges

• 80-100%: Excellent - Store is well optimized
• 60-79%: Good - Minor improvements needed
• 40-59%: Fair - Several issues to address
• 0-39%: Poor - Critical issues require immediate attention

Score Components

• Performance: Page speed and Core Web Vitals
• SEO: Search optimization and meta data
• Security: SSL certificates, vulnerabilities, and security headers
• Accessibility: ADA compliance and usability
• Conversion: Checkout flow and user experience

Managing Subscriptions

• Upgrade or downgrade plans anytime from store settings
• Switch between monthly and yearly billing cycles
• All payments processed securely through PayPal
• Pause or cancel subscriptions as needed
• 14-day free trial for all new subscriptions
• Automatic proration for plan changes
• 3-day grace period for failed payments
